We want you to love your Filmo. If you don't, sending it back is simple.
60-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your Filmo '84 for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice. No questions asked.
The camera must come back in re-sellable condition with the accessories it shipped with. Any photos or videos you've taken are yours to keep either way.
Your statutory right to cancel
On top of our 60-day guarantee, if you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To use this right, email hello@filmoco.com before the 14 days are up and tell us clearly that you're cancelling. We'll refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the goods back.
How to start a return
- Email hello@filmoco.com with your order number and a short note about the issue.
- We'll reply within 2 working days with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back, and keep your proof of postage.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns that arrive unannounced may not be processed.
Who pays return postage
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover it. If you've simply changed your mind, the return postage is at your cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Email hello@filmoco.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo or a short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover all postage.
What we can't take back
Memory cards can't be returned once the packaging is opened, for data-security reasons, unless they're faulty.
