Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Delivery cost
All UK orders ship free, whatever the order value.
Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes 10 to 18 days.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Orders with more than one camera
Our cameras ship directly from our supplier. If you order two or three, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and nothing has gone wrong — each parcel has its own tracking number.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, peak periods and carrier delays can add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email hello@filmoco.com and we'll either resend it or refund you in full.
Customs and import duties
UK and US orders should not attract additional charges. If any customs or import fees do apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it fully and email hello@filmoco.com. We'll sort it out.
