These terms apply to every order placed on filmoco.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

Who we are

This website is operated by Kevin Delaroche, trading as Filmo, 4th Floor, 18 St. Cross Street, London EC1N 8UN, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@filmoco.com.

Placing an order

Adding an item to your basket is not a contract. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil your order — for example if the item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown separately before you pay.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will never affect an order we've already confirmed.

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown at the payment step.

Your product

The Filmo '84 is a compact digital camera. It is designed to produce photos with a deliberate retro character — softer focus, visible grain, and strong flash contrast. This is the intended result of the product, not a defect.

The camera is not waterproof and is not intended for professional photography.

Age

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Your rights if something is wrong

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they aren't, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Our returns and refunds policy sets out how to make a claim.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else it would be unlawful to limit.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and the Filmo name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
